What is your minimum order quantity?
Most categories start at 1,000 units per SKU. Selected stock formulas in stock packaging start from 500 units. Fully custom formulas with bespoke moulds are quoted case by case. We confirm exact MOQ in your quotation.
How long does the whole process take?
About 90 days from approved brief to shipped goods: 10 days brief alignment, 20 days formulation and sampling, 15 days packaging approval, 15 days regulatory documentation, 30 days production and shipping. Stock formula in stock packaging can move considerably faster.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes. Once we align on the brief we develop bench samples, typically delivered in 4–6 weeks. You approve texture, fragrance, colour and performance before anything goes to production.
Do you help with the formula, or do I need to bring one?
Either works. Bring your own formula and we will adapt and scale it, or start from our library of 100+ patented base formulas and tune actives, texture, fragrance and claims to your brief.
Which certifications do you hold?
GMP, ISO 22716 and ISO 9001, plus Halal, Vegan Society and Cruelty-Free options. Products can be produced EU CPNP compliant, FDA aligned, GCC compliant and REACH compliant. Certificates are shared on request under NDA.
Do you handle regulatory registration in my market?
Yes. We prepare the Product Information File, safety assessment and claims substantiation, and support EU CPNP notification, GCC registration, Halal certification and FDA-aligned documentation. Local responsible-person arrangements are handled case by case.
Can you design my packaging and brand identity?
Yes — from decoration on stock packs through to full brand identity, structural design and custom moulds. Artwork, dielines, cartons, sleeves and retail display units are all in scope.
Which markets do you export to?
European Union (35% of volume), GCC and Middle East (28%), CIS and Russia (15%), Africa (12%) and Asia-Pacific (10%). Türkiye ships to the EU with zero customs duty under the Customs Union.
How is pricing structured?
Per-unit price depends on formula complexity, pack format, decoration method and volume. Quotations break out formula, packaging, decoration, documentation and freight so you can see exactly where cost sits and where to optimise.
Do you sign NDAs and offer formula exclusivity?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before detailed briefs. Exclusive formulas developed for your brand can be locked to you — the terms are agreed in the development agreement.
What languages do you work in?
English, Arabic, Turkish and Russian, with a dedicated account manager from day one.
Can you produce for pharmacies, clinics and professional channels?
Yes. Our intimate care and professional peel ranges are formulated to pharmaceutical-grade standards, pH-balanced and dermatologically tested — suited to pharmacy, clinic and medispa distribution.
